$98M Bitcoin Long on Hyperliquid Hangs by a Thread
A Bitcoin trader is on the brink of liquidation after a turbulent week wiped nearly $9.8 million off his Hyperliquid account. The position, leveraged 40x, is now one bad move away from being completely wiped out as Bitcoin slides toward $81,000.
The massive long Bitcoin position on Hyperliquid holds 1,205.30865 BTC, valued at roughly $97.87 million. With isolated leverage of 40x, there is very little buffer left if the market continues to drop.

💛 The “United for Venezuela” Telethon closed with $2,370,017, surpassing both of its targets.
But behind that figure is an uncomfortable question for the crypto ecosystem: How much of that solidarity is moving through digital rails today, and how much is being lost along the way?
The diaspora was at the center of this edition. And a growing share of it no longer donates by credit card or international bank transfer: those channels remain expensive, slow, or inaccessible to anyone without an account at a foreign bank.
The alternative that has taken hold in recent years is the stablecoin. A Ven

$ I'm freaking here. The Fear and Greed Index is 12, indicating extreme fear; the funding rate is -0.03%, meaning shorts are paying to hold their positions. This coin crashed from 0.0119 to 0.0094, down 19.77% in 24 hours, with a trading volume of 2.4M. Volume didn't surge, but the price collapsed—a classic liquidity vacuum wiping out longs.
I entered with a 30% position at 0.0112 the day before yesterday, expecting a breakout from the sideways range. But yesterday, one bearish candle broke straight through my stop-loss level, and I cut at 0.0105, losing 6%. My mindset at the time was “wait a
$BTC is still looking weak on the 1H chart after rejecting from the $82.2K area. Price has broken back below $81.1K, and sellers are still controlling the short-term structure.
Entry: $80,950–$81,150
Targets:
TP1: $80,680
TP2: $80,300
TP3: $79,850
Stop: $81,450
As long as BTC stays below $81.4K–$81.5K, I’m looking for continuation lower. A clean reclaim above that zone would invalidate the short setup

Juicy short when everyone was screaming for the next leg up :)
One has to learn how to distinguish true strength from pure hype... and I've spent past 4 years doing just that.

Almost $5bn in Long liquidations in the last 10 days.
There is definitely room for more...
Always room for more, lol.
But that is a very decent whack on longs getting taken out.
It is the kind of level we want to see as we approach key support levels.
Remember, the crowd will always long the top and short the bottom.
So when we get a large amount of longs wiped out, and the fear builds...
Its getting closer to shorts having their turn to be wiped out.
Local bottom is close imo.

Recent Correction: Analysts note that $BTC ‌BTC recently hit its immediate corrective$BTC $GT ‌ target after pulling back from a multi-day high of $84,160.
Historical Reference: The asset is currently trading roughly 35% below its all-time high of $126,210.50, which it achieved on October 6, 2025.
Technical Setup: The market structure reflects a brief consolidation phase. If bulls successfully defend the key $80,000 support level, traders are targeting a recovery back toward local resistance blocks

After holding for a week, longs have cut their positions by 35%, leaving barely a shell😏 Price is hugging the lower bound and still sinking; any rebound is an escape window. Shorts are closing in—another push would just hand them profits. Don’t stubbornly hold on👀

$PYTH Down 13% in 12 hours, the 0.0722 24-hour low is being tested repeatedly. It’s currently the early-morning window, when liquidity is thinnest, so the risk of sharp wicks is extremely high.
There’s no bad news on the fundamental side, but on-chain data shows that large wallets have net transferred around 8 million tokens to exchanges over the past 6 hours. Combined with a high-volume sell-off on 34.2M in volume, this is a classic panic-selling pattern. Technically, 0.072 is a previous weekly support level. If the daily candle closes below it, the next level to watch is 0.065. But note that

I just finished looking at the candlestick chart, and my view hasn’t changed: When it comes to the U.S. election, which party wins is the real variable driving macro spillovers to our side. The original claim that “the whole world is hoping the Democrats win” is, frankly, just a complex geopolitical contest reduced to a slogan. It may feel good to believe, but traders need to break it down. The Republicans are talking tough on tariffs and reshoring. The volatility in export-linked and semiconductor stocks clearly picked up during the 2018–2019 tariff hikes—that’s a case in point. The Democrats

US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
