Nobody fact-checks a bullish headline. A few months ago I wrote that stablecoins had surpassed ACH in monthly settlement volume, and the line did exactly what lines like that do - it traveled. It is also true, which is the dangerous part. True statements with a narrow frame are how entire markets talk themselves into conclusions the data doesn't support.
