$MAGIC is moving, but trading volume has yet to respond in kind, which is more worth watching than the 24-hour +30.22%.
I’m watching just one divergence: whether there will still be support after breaking above 0.1398. The current price is 0.1297, with volume at 0.12x. The 1-hour and 4-hour trends are both strong, with RSI at 55 and 62, respectively.
If volume continues to increase after breaking above 0.1398, the initiative will favor the bulls; if it falls below 0.0926 and fails to reclaim it, the short-term outlook is invalidated, and the next level to watch shifts to 0.0607.

I find this comparison between $FIX and $MARA fascinating. Not because the underlying businesses are comparable, but because of how remarkably similar their long-term technical structures appear at two very different points in time.
Look where FIX was in 2012, and look at where MARA sits today. Both charts show enormous historical drawdowns, years of price compression beneath descending resistance, and what could prove to be important inflection points in their respective long-term trends.
What happened next for FIX was extraordinary. From its 2012 breakout region, the stock went on to appreci

Gate Attracts $126M in Net Inflows: Can GT Turn Ecosystem Growth Into Its Next Market Opportunity?
Capital flows can tell us where market participants are moving, but price action reveals whether that activity is creating a meaningful trading opportunity. Gate's reported $126 million in monthly net inflows and third-place ranking among centralized exchanges have placed the platform back in focus. Now, the bigger question is whether this momentum can translate into stronger demand for Gate Token (GT).

Gate’s $126M Net Inflow Signals Growing Attention, but the Next Market Move Will Depend on What Investors Do With Their Capital
In crypto, capital movement often tells an interesting story, but the real opportunity lies in understanding what happens after the money arrives.
Gate reportedly attracted $126 million in net inflows over the past month, ranking third among centralized exchanges, while its global user base surpassed 61 million. These figures highlight the platform’s growing presence, but they also raise a more important question: will this capital remai

#Ledger事件损失近9000万 Ledger has run into trouble again—what’s the safest way to store crypto? Can hardware wallets still be used, and how can assets be protected?
Over the past two years, it has been a particularly troubled time for hardware wallets. Every time something happens, people question: If hardware wallets can also be maliciously modified, why buy one at all? Wouldn’t it be better to just use a mobile wallet?
I strongly agree! I have always believed that hardware wallets are not suitable for everyone. Their core advantage lies in physically isolating private keys in a dedicated hardware environment, preventing everyday internet-connected computers and phones from easily accessing the private keys, while confirming transaction details through an independent screen. As a single-point defense, this remains an exceptionally robust design.
The problem is that many people treat them as “万能 safes,” believing that buying one means they can rest easy. For ordinary users, layered defense is more important:
1. An idle old phone as a cold wallet
If you have a retired iPhone or Android phone at home, completely erase its data, configure a reliable open-source offline signing tool, then keep it disconnected from the internet and use it as a dedicated signing device to build a cold wallet. This can also avoid targeted supply-chain attacks that may occur during the purchase and delivery of dedicated hardware wallets.
After all, when you buy a Ledger, SafePal, or OneKey, the product order, delivery information, and even shipping records may not necessarily mean you are a major holder, but they allow people with access to this information to know that you use crypto assets. An ordinary phone is different: If you take an iPhone outside, who would know whether you use it to watch videos or whether it contains BTC worth several million dollars?
Of course, phones themselves also carry risks from software vulnerabilities, device provenance, and hardware supply chains. Simply turning off Wi-Fi and enabling airplane mode does not automatically turn one into a qualified cold wallet.
What truly matters is a trustworthy software source, a strict offline signing process, and proper backup of the seed phrase.
2. Passphrase
Many hardware wallets support the BIP-39 Passphrase, commonly known as the “25th word.” Simply put, in addition to the original seed phrase, you set an additional password phrase known only to you, deriving another wallet from it. Thus, even if an attacker obtains the original seed phrase, they generally cannot recover the accounts protected by this additional layer without knowing the Passphrase.
However, considering the attack method involved this time, a problem arises. If a malicious module can steal the seed phrase displayed on the screen, it can very likely record the Passphrase input process as well, not to mention that the Passphrase itself introduces additional backup and recovery risks. Getting even one character wrong could make the assets unrecoverable.
Therefore, my view is that Passphrase can be used, especially by long-term holders with a certain level of technical knowledge, but only after understanding how it works and then deciding whether to add this layer of complexity.
3. A multisig setup using multiple brands and devices
Given this kind of hardware-tampering-level risk, after considering all the options, multisig is almost the only ultimate solution.
For example, set up a 2-of-3 multisig and purchase three hardware wallets from different brands to manage the same assets. Transfers would require authorization from two signatures. Since the devices come from different manufacturers and procurement channels, this directly eliminates the single-point failure risk of relying on one brand and one supply chain.
Even if a hacker physically compromises one of the devices and obtains one private key, they still cannot transfer your funds.
Of course, multisig has a higher barrier to entry. Implementation varies across different chains and also involves smart contracts and complex backup mechanisms. A security strategy is not necessarily better simply because it has more layers. It must match the size of your assets and your practical capabilities. Do not get yourself tangled up in pursuit of maximum security and end up unable to recover your assets.
Ultimately, I have always preferred “layered custody”:
Small, frequent transactions: keep them directly in a hot wallet for convenience;
Daily trading and liquidity: keep them on a Top2 exchange. To be blunt, for many beginners, the risk controls and technical defenses of leading exchanges are far safer than blindly tinkering with cold wallets themselves;
Large long-term holdings that will remain untouched: use a cold wallet shipped directly by the official source, or configure multisig and Passphrase for segregated storage;
In summary, there is only one principle: Never bet your entire net worth on a single manufacturer or a single link in the process. This suspected Ledger supply-chain attack also serves as a reminder: The security of a hardware wallet is not limited to the chip and firmware themselves; it also includes the entire circulation process from the factory to the user. Once a device leaves the original manufacturer and passes through third-party warehousing or personal intermediaries, the risk of physical tampering, such as disassembly or the insertion of malicious modules, may increase. Even if the device passes official authenticity verification, that does not necessarily mean it has not been tampered with. #WCTCS9

$XDP Can the momentum last?
Doppler Finance is attracting attention, but high trading activity alone doesn’t prove sustainable demand.
With much of $XDP ’s total supply still not circulating, future token supply is an important risk to monitor.
The real test is whether buyers can defend support and break resistance with sustained volume — or whether profit-taking takes over.
Would you trade this momentum or wait for confirmation?

Bitcoin hedge funds face liquidation trap when collateral is split across markets
A profitable hedge fund can still get liquidated on one exchange because the profit sitting on another exchange is out of reach.
Here's the setup: Bitcoin falls, the fund's short position on CME is in the black, and its matching long on Hyperliquid is bleeding cash. The two positions were designed to cancel each other out, but Hyperliquid can't see or use the profits held at CME to cover the loss on its own books. The fund has to find additional collateral before the exchange closes the position for it.

#布局本周交易 #每周来晒 The weekend market is usually in a consolidation phase with relatively weak liquidity, making it suitable to focus on “defense + light-position probing” to prepare for a potential market shift next week. Based on current market conditions, capital flows, and macro expectations, the following are weekend positioning ideas and next week’s market forecast:
I. Weekend Positioning Ideas (Defense First, Light-Position Probing)
1. Bitcoin (BTC): Range trading, combining defense with cautious long positions
Long entry at support: BTC has recently been fluctuating narrowly in the $82,000-$83,000 range, while the 50-day moving average (approximately $80,400-$81,000) is an important medium-term support level. If BTC stabilizes after pulling back to $82,300-$82,500, consider cautiously opening a light long position, targeting $83,500, with a strict stop-loss set (such as below $82,000).
Sell into resistance: If BTC rebounds to the $83,000-$83,500 range and encounters resistance, consider partially reducing positions or selling into strength; do not chase the rally.
2. Ethereum (ETH): Weak in the short term; primarily stay on the sidelines
Cautious long entry: ETH has recently underperformed BTC (the ETH/BTC exchange rate hit a new low, while ETF outflows continue), so blindly increasing ETH positions is not recommended in the short term. If ETH stabilizes after pulling back to $2,470-$2,480, consider cautiously opening a light long position, targeting $2,530, with a stop-loss at $2,450.
Stay on the sidelines: If ETH encounters resistance after rebounding above $2,530, wait for a clearer stabilization signal.
3. Altcoins: Trade with light positions and exit quickly, whether for profit or loss. II. Next Week’s Market Forecast (Watch the Macro Market-Shift Window)
1. Market-shift window: Macro data and capital flows
Macro data (key): The US September PPI data will be released next Tuesday (October 14), and the Federal Reserve FOMC meeting minutes will be released next Wednesday (October 15). These two data releases will directly affect market expectations for the Federal Reserve’s rate-hike path and are important windows for a market shift next week.
Capital flows: Continue monitoring the US government’s BTC transfers (if large amounts continue to flow into exchanges, short-term selling pressure may persist) and outflows from ETH ETFs.
2. Market Direction Forecast
Bullish scenario: If macro data (PPI) shows that inflation continues to cool and the FOMC minutes send a dovish signal, short-term market pressure will ease. BTC may hold the $80,400 support level and move upward to test $83,500 or even higher.
Bearish scenario: If macro data rebounds above expectations or government selling pressure continues to intensify, BTC may retest the $80,400 support level. If it breaks below that level decisively, the medium-term trend will need to be reassessed.
Over the weekend, focus on controlling position sizes, maintaining a defensive stance, and probing with light positions. Wait for next week’s macro data to be released before making directional decisions on adding positions.
