Truth Social, operated by Trump Media & Technology Group, filed for the ETF in June.
Approval would deepen Trump-linked crypto activity following the president's meme coin ventures and World Liberty Financial backing.
The SEC initially approved spot # $BTC ETFs in January 2024, with 12 funds accumulating over $54.8 billion in inflows.
