ETH Breaks 1700: Ethereum Reclaims Key Level With 8 Percent Surge
Ethereum made a strong comeback. Reclaimed the 1,700 level for the first time in about a week. Up nearly 8 percent in 24 hours. Showing significantly stronger momentum than BTC.

Technical Outlook:
Bollinger + MA20 Recaptured: Daily chart has recaptured the mid Bollinger band and MA20. Structure flipped bullish.
MACD Golden Cross: MACD golden cross forming. Short term bullish momentum intact.
Resistance Zone: 1,720 to 1,750 sits as near term resistance. Confirmed breakout still requires watching.
Trade Plan:
Bull Case: ETH holds 1,700 with 4H close. Breaks 1,725 with volume. Targets 1,750 then 1,820.
Long: Break 1,725. Stop 1,695. Target 1,750 then 1,800.
Bear Case: Rejected at 1,720 to 1,750. Loses 1,700. Retests 1,650 and 1,596.
Short: 1,720 rejection. Stop 1,740. Target 1,660.
Final Take: ETH rallied 8 percent from 1,596 low. Outperformed BTC. Structure improved but 1,750 breakout is key.
