Event Rules

Point Calculation Rules

This event utilizes a return-multiplier point system. Upon a successful prediction, users will earn points corresponding to the return multiplier of that specific trade.
Points = (Return Multiple – 1) × 100
Example: If a user enters a prediction market with 100 USDT and receives a return of 150 USDT through an early sell or a successful outcome, the return multiplier is 1.5x. The corresponding points are calculated as: (1.5–1) × 100 = 50 points. No points are earned on a losing prediction.

Ranking Rules

Users will be ranked by the total points they have accumulated on the corresponding leaderboard.
Higher points will result in a higher ranking.
If users have identical point scores, they will be ranked in descending order based on their effective trading volume on the corresponding leaderboard.
If both points and effective trading volume are identical, rankings will be determined by the timestamp of the user's first effective transaction on that leaderboard. Earlier participation results in a higher ranking.
Each leaderboard only accounts for effective trades executed after the user has successfully registered for the event.

Users must complete their registration on the event page to be eligible for rewards.
Only qualified prediction trades executed within the Gate Polymarket World Cup Zone will be counted toward this event.
Prediction market settlements are based strictly on the outcomes displayed on the Polymarket platform and officially verifiable results.
In the event of market cancellation, postponement, early closure, abnormal settlement, or force majeure, relevant points and rewards will be subject to the final data statistics from the Gate backend.
Malicious activities that compromise fairness—including bulk registrations, wash trading, matched orders, self-dealing, abnormal arbitrage, and fake trades—are strictly prohibited.
Multiple accounts under the same identity verification (KYC) will be treated as a single participant; sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
