Good morning everyone~
Yesterday, the overall market was still relatively calm, with no major fluctuations, and the wait-and-see sentiment among funds remains quite evident.
At present, the market is mainly focused on the two things mentioned yesterday: one is whether the memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran can be signed successfully this Friday, and the other is the Federal Reserve interest rate decision at 2 a.m. tonight.
From the market reaction, the positive expectations brought by the U.S.-Iran deal have already been partly priced in ahead of time. Especially since international crude oil fell sharply yesterday, it also shows that expectations for easing tensions in the Middle East are heating up. However, before the agreement is officially implemented, funds are still relatively cautious—after all, until the final result is out, there is still some uncertainty.
As for the Federal Reserve, the market basically expects that this meeting will keep interest rates unchanged, so what truly needs attention is the comments after the meeting. If a hawkish signal is released, it may impact market sentiment in the short term; conversely, if the tone is more dovish, it would be favorable for risk assets to keep rebounding.
From the fund data, overall institutional participation yesterday remained relatively low. Net inflow was only about $300,000, indicating that many funds are waiting to make choices after the news is finalized.
Therefore, for today’s market, in my view it will most likely remain range-bound, and it’s not very likely to break into a one-direction trend. At this point, it’s more about patiently waiting for the news to be released.
In terms of trading, continue to focus on short-term swings or choose to stay on the sidelines and wait. Don’t blindly chase after pumps; waiting patiently until the news becomes clear and then joining in with the trend is a safer approach.
Personal reference ranges:
BTC:64500—67500
ETH:1730—1850
SOL:71.5—76
Overall, the outlook is still mainly range-bound. It’s more about observing as things develop, controlling your pace and position size, avoiding excessive speculation before the news is confirmed, and waiting for the direction to become clear before following along accordingly.
