Over the years in the market, I have understood one simple thing: the best traders are not those who never make mistakes, but those who learn quickly from their mistakes. Every unsuccessful trade can become a costly lesson if you draw the right conclusions.

My best decisions were made after the most difficult moments: to stop chasing "x's," always have an exit plan, and not risk more than I am willing to lose. In the long run, it is discipline and risk management that turn random successes into consistent results.
Because true victory in trading is not one big deal, but the ability to stay in the game and constantly improve.
