Bicjie News reports that Sharklink’s CEO Joseph Chalom said on the X platform that the Ethereum ecosystem has accumulated more than 1.01 million developers, with about 232,000 active in the past 12 months. This is regarded as a core advantage of Ethereum becoming the default operating system for programmable finance and internet-native capital formation. Currently, developers are focusing on protocol scalability, privacy, quantum resistance, and agent systems. The Glamsterdam upgrade will introduce EPBS and BALS to improve L1 throughput, and composability will allow multiple Rollups to operate like a single chain. Ethereum has set up a dedicated team to complete the quantum resistance migration around 2029.

232k active developers; it's quite surprising that this number can be maintained during a bear market.

How many TPS can EPBS and BALS specifically handle? Are there any measurement data?

Quantum resistance by 2029? The time window left for ETH is tighter than expected.
