On X, too many people are eager to tell you what’s wrong with the world; they excel at identifying phenomena and amplifying anger, but rarely tell you how to face these phenomena and emotions.

So you see more and more crises, conflicts, and injustices, and at the same time accumulate more anxiety, dissatisfaction, and helplessness.
You think it’s about accumulating “knowledge,” but in reality, you’re stuck in phenomena and anger.
The problem is that phenomena are not the answers, and anger is not the answer either.
Truly valuable content shouldn’t stay at “what happened,” but should continue to ask “why did it happen”—“what is my role in it”—“what should I do next.”
Because phenomena only evoke emotions; mechanisms can lead to understanding; position can lead to action.
Someone who knows many problems, but cannot find their place, still cannot change reality;
but once they find their position, even facing the same world, they will know what to persist in, what to give up, what to learn, and what to wait for.
What truly helps people grow is not making them angrier, but helping them rediscover their coordinates in the world after understanding it.
