i think claude is overhyped and generally has been degraded since opus 4.6 in february.

im sure the models are better at coding and specific problem/solutions, but they throttle all of that and the prompting and ingestion side has gotten so bad, such that claude deflects effort on front-end to save compute on the backend.
tldr; lot of marketing, tools worse, lots of cheeky ways to ensure you never actual use the compute and they save money. and its getting more political correct or sassy on topics worth debate, just sad.
i hope to see chatgpt and grok catch up so we can stop playing these games dario. oh and the government block, well you cry wolf over and over again, you will get played.
