Polygon zkEVM Mainnet Beta will officially cease operation on July 1, 2026, with only about two weeks remaining until shutdown. The official statement advises users to withdraw their assets and LP positions from Polygon zkEVM before the deadline, otherwise related funds may not be recoverable. According to Polygon's previously announced migration plan, assets stored only in wallets and not completed cross-chain transfer will be automatically migrated to the Ethereum mainnet and can be claimed through a dedicated interface. Assets locked in DeFi protocols cannot be automatically migrated.
