Monday, don’t chase the spike in a rapid rise—within the day, short first then long

The “pancake” that had been consolidating for two days finally saw a high-volume breakout in today’s Asian session. The bulls pushed as high as around 66,000 before facing resistance and correcting. In this situation, it’s better not to chase the price; short first and then go long within the day is more stable.

The daily chart is hovering along the lower edge of the Bollinger Bands’ middle track. Without a meaningful breakthrough and signs of stabilization, it could be suppressed back into a pullback at any time—so we can’t blindly chase highs. Otherwise, you may end up stuck “on top of the mountain.”

In the afternoon, consider shorting directly below 66,000 on BTC, targeting 64,200 first. If it doesn’t break, you can take a short-term long; if it breaks down, reduce positions and look at 63,000. For Ethereum, follow the same approach: short directly below 1720 targeting 1675. If it breaks down, look at 1620; if it doesn’t break, go long once more with a light position. The level is first; the direction comes later. Asian session, #我的Gate交易时刻
