This is the primary scenario I’m watching. The Value Area Low remains the key level here. As long as price is trading below it, I expect it to act as resistance and increase the likelihood of a pullback and downside continuation.
A reclaim and acceptance back inside the value area, however, would be a strong signal for continuation towards the 77k region.
For now, bears are well in control.
