The general idea is that we no longer have much utility value; we previously played the role of hype men, letting us know about this thing. Capital controls the final high-value chips, which absolutely cannot fall into the hands of the common people. To use an analogy, it's like luxury goods advertisements on TV—just to let ordinary people see it. In the future, we will know about this thing, but in the end, this thing doesn't belong to us.
