I personally think that this is a failed breakdown and that the worst we can get now is a formation of bull divs on LTF.
If this indeed is a failed breakdown, then a counter rally is due. It only depends if it'll be impulsive or corrective. If latter, we remain in a range for a few more months.
But either way, I think this is a constructive structure 😊
