Adobe Fiscal Year 2026 Q2 Revenue: $6.62 billion, up 13% year-over-year

Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 12 — American software giant Adobe released its fiscal year 2026 Q2 earnings, with revenue of $6.62 billion, a 13% year-over-year increase, and an 11% growth at constant currency; diluted earnings per share were $4.25, and adjusted earnings per share were $5.96. Total annual recurring revenue at the end of the quarter reached $27.1 billion, including approximately $480 million from Semrush. During the same period, GAAP operating revenue was $2.24 billion, non-GAAP operating revenue was $2.95 billion; GAAP net income was $1.71 billion, non-GAAP net income was $2.4 billion, and operating cash flow was $2.17 billion.

Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen stated that the record-breaking revenue in the second quarter reflects strong customer demand for artificial intelligence products.
