CryptoWorld News reports that LG Electronics has announced its selection of a new blockchain developed on Arbitrum to support its advertising and media business. As a result, the ARB token rose by more than 5%. The network will be used for the delivery, purchase, sale, and management of digital advertisements, and to record users’ interactions with ad content. Arbitrum is developed by Offchain Labs and uses Optimistic Rollup technology. LG has also previously launched an enterprise blockchain, Monachain, through its IT services division, LG CNS, developed the crypto wallet Wallypto, and launched the Art Lab NFT marketplace.

Traditional enterprises + Layer 2 combinations are increasing more and more. ARB is a short-term positive, but the long-term depends on actual adoption levels.
