Iran’s Fars News Agency reported on the evening of the 11th that an informed source close to the Iranian negotiation team said that Iran has not yet approved the text of the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding, and that statements by U.S. President Trump earlier were not true. The source said that there is currently “no preliminary memorandum of understanding text approved by the Iranian side,” and that claims that Iran has agreed to the final text are inaccurate.
