Even the reseller prices are cheaper than what the original source is offering.
All I can say is that the market is still too opaque, and the information gap is still huge.

The price is settled, but nobody knows which batch of goods it is.
Maybe the reseller is calling them A-grade, the customer ends up using B-grade, and when they’re tested, it turns out to be C-grade.
