Mars Finance News: The three major U.S. stock indices opened higher across the board. The Nasdaq rose 0.56%, the S&P 500 Index rose 0.28%, and the Dow Jones rose 0.11%. Most of the storage chip and optical communication sectors were up, with Intel up about 6%, Marvell Technology up more than 3%, and ARM, SanDisk, Micron Technology, and Western Digital up more than 1% each. Oracle fell by more than 10% after the company’s announced quarterly capital expenditures came in higher than expected, sparking investors’ concerns about the profitability of the company’s AI infrastructure business.
