The World Cup is also starting. By showing some patriotism, I believe that both Turkey 🇹🇷 and Japan 🇯🇵 will at least reach the quarter-finals in this tournament.

Looking at the economic side, despite their distance from football, there is a forced burden on the US.
Many people will watch it out of habit without high expectations like me, but FIFA has its own calculations.
The European and MENA sides have reached a saturation point economically, while the US is still a virgin giant market.
Recently, those developing mobile apps are searching for TikTok ad accounts targeting the US because conversions are very high, and the share coming from the consumption frenzy is huge.
FIFA is trying to do its own version of that.
First, the Club World Cup, then the World Cup, creating a generation in the US that doesn’t even call football "soccer," like their father, who is unaware of the sport, to grow the football economy.
The next two tournaments are already certain; 2030 in Spain-Portugal-Morocco will be legendary, then there will be a winter tournament in Saudi Arabia for Arab money again.
The ones after that are uncertain, but probably they will expand from the US-Canada-Mexico model to China-Japan-Korea, growing the sport from the other side as well.
Where the players and officials are, let them be, while we regular spectators try to enjoy the show.
