CryptoWorld News reports that Citigroup has announced the launch of a Digital Depositary Receipts product, which is based on blockchain technology. The product allows institutional investors to obtain private company equity through securities issued and held by Citigroup, and to have it recorded on the blockchain infrastructure operated by SIX.
