The market is not experiencing a one-sided recovery, but rather a short covering after a sharp decline. Bitcoin has returned to around 63,000, with an intraday low of 60,943 and a high of 63,153; risk assets took a brief breather after the CPI, but artificial intelligence stocks fell back, SpaceX IPO diverted funds, and open contracts before options expiration remain high. Tonight, it’s better to trade based on key levels rather than follow emotions.
$SOL
Referencing around 65.8, the intraday move from 62.4 up to 65.8 shows a strong rebound but is close to the daily high. Support levels are at 64.2/62.8; a break below 64.2 indicates the short covering is over. Only if the 15-minute K-line stabilizes above 66.2 should we consider short-term longs, targeting 68.0/70.5. Reduce positions near 68.0, with a stop loss at 63.6. If 66.2 cannot be broken and falls back below 64.2, look for short positions at 62.8/61.2, with a stop loss at 66.8.
$AVAX
Referencing around 6.60, the intraday range is between 6.31 and 6.64. There is some elasticity at lower levels, but the overall trend remains weak, so wait for confirmation. Support levels are at 6.45/6.31; a break below 6.45 suggests no more longs. Only if volume increases and it stabilizes above 6.70 should we consider going long, targeting 6.95/7.25. Reduce positions near 6.95, with a stop loss at 6.38. If the rebound at 6.70 fails and it drops below 6.45, follow the trend for short positions at 6.31/6.10, with a stop loss at 6.78.
$FET
Referencing around 0.191, the intraday high was 0.2006 and the low was 0.1831. The narrative of artificial intelligence was dragged down by the decline in US stocks; the rebound appears more like a correction rather than a reversal. Support levels are at 0.186/0.183; a break below 0.186 favors the bears again. Only if it re-stabilizes above 0.198 should we consider short-term longs, targeting 0.206/0.216. Reduce positions near 0.206, with a stop loss at 0.184. If pressure remains below 0.198, a break below 0.186 can be a light short, targeting 0.183/0.176, with a stop loss at 0.202.
