People with flexible employment have a very high probability of not paying social security because, for flexible employment, paying social security requires full self-payment, not only paying 8% as an individual but also 16% from the employer. The money paid only 40% goes into the personal account, while 60% is transferred into the pooled account. For individuals, paying is very uneconomical, and it's not worth paying.
