Logging off for the night 🌙


One thing I've learned is that burnout rarely happens all at once.
It usually starts with small compromises.
Sleeping a little less.
Resting a little less.
Pushing a little harder every day.
At first, it feels productive.
Eventually, it catches up with you.
That's why taking care of yourself isn't a distraction from your goals.
It's part of reaching them.
