BlockBeats News, June 10 — Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas disclosed that BlackRock has submitted the fourth and possibly final version of its S-1 amendment for its new product, the iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA), and for the first time revealed a management fee rate of 0.65%, which is higher than products such as the spot Bitcoin ETF IBIT.

BITA is expected to provide investors with a yield-enhancement strategy by holding Bitcoin exposure and selling call options, and it is also expected that BITA will be approved for listing soon.
