BlockBeats News, June 10 — A-share optical module sector core company New Easymount has announced that it is planning to issue overseas listed foreign shares and list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the goal of strengthening its capital strength and enhancing its international influence. This H-share issuance and listing matter still requires submission to and approval by the company’s shareholders’ meeting, filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and obtaining approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

As a supplier of optical modules to AI giants such as NVIDIA and Microsoft, New Easymount has benefited deeply from the explosive demand for high-speed optical modules (such as 800G and 1.6T) from AI data centers.
