Aier Eye Hospital: Plans to inject 696 million yuan in additional capital through a wholly-owned subsidiary to acquire control of a Brazilian ophthalmology medical services group

Mars Finance News: On June 10, Ai'er Ophthalmology announced that the company plans to increase its capital and subscribe for new shares of the target company through its wholly-owned overseas subsidiary AIERBrazil with cash. The subscription amount is 530 million Brazilian reais (approximately 696 million RMB). After the transaction is completed, AIERBrazil will hold 60.57% of the target company's equity and indirectly control the ophthalmology medical services and optometry-related business group in Brazil.
