Abstract generation in progress
June 2nd, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman candidly stated at the "Intelligence at Work" event that the cost of AI tokens has now become a huge issue. He provided a set of data: six and a half years ago, the user who burned the most tokens in the world used 100k per month; but today, that amount is only equivalent to the global per capita level, while the top user now burns a full 100 billion tokens per month, a million-fold increase. He said that OpenAI's future goal is to make AI as fundamental as water and electricity, so that everyone can use it without worrying about costs.
