$GUA drops 25% in one day, $MAGMA surges 30%, same sector, two extremes—are you continuing to chase the rise or bottoming out to catch a falling knife?

First, let's talk about $GUA. Three reasons to be bullish: 1. 24-hour trading volume of 65 million, 2.6 times that of $MAGMA, liquidity is ample, so a sharp drop isn't feared for lack of buyers; 2. The low point at 0.4211 hasn't broken the previous low, technically showing a potential double bottom, indicating a good opportunity for a rebound from oversold conditions; 3. The market maker has finished shaking out the weak hands after a big short squeeze, and after a volume-increasing bearish candle on the daily chart, a rapid rally often follows. But the reasons to be bearish are equally compelling: 1. Dropped from 0.7831 to 0.5689 yesterday, a 27% decrease in one day, showing strong withdrawal by the main players; 2. Monitoring fund flows shows large orders net outflow exceeding 3 million dollars in the past four hours; 3. The 10-day moving average is about to cross below the 30-day, likely continuing to decline toward the 0.4 level.

Now, let's discuss $MAGMA. Three reasons to be bullish: 1. 24-hour increase of 29.59%, reaching a new high of 0.5243, with volume and price rising together, retail investors are still chasing the rally; 2. The correction from 0.3620 to 0.5243 was only 45%, indicating buying pressure is overpowering selling; 3. Low market cap, low cost to push up, suitable for short-term speculators to continue the rally. But caution is advised: 1. Trading volume of 25 million is only 38% of $GUA's, turnover is low, and a whale's large sell-off could cause a flash crash; 2. RSI has reached 78 in overbought territory, historically every time it exceeds 75, a retracement of over 5% occurs; 3. The project team has no lock-up announcement, all tokens are circulating freely, ready to dump at any time.

My trading advice: if you choose $GUA, go long lightly at 0.52-0.55, set stop-loss below 0.42, take profit at 0.68; if you choose $MAGMA, only chase the rally—buy around 0.51, set stop-loss at 0.48, take profit at 0.55. Position size should not exceed 5% of total funds.

I'm that blogger who keeps struggling and growing stronger through setbacks in the market. Which side are you on now? If it can rise, it might crash if it drops below 1. If not, it could collapse. $
