All contracts were signed in the name of the labor shareholders. There were no contracts between the shareholders, but the project was later subcontracted to others. After several years of fighting in court, the funds were finally recovered from a Guangzhou construction state-owned enterprise. The project’s total net profit was 3 million yuan.
