It mentions enhancing the network's capability to support artificial intelligence services. Conduct distributed inference technology trials across wide-area IP networks, with network resource utilization not less than 90%. Improve the access capabilities of 5G-A, PON, and other upstream services, and optimize the access latency of home/business wireless local area networks (WLAN) to no more than 5ms.
