Mars Finance News, June 10 — The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Opinions on the Innovative Development of 'Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication' (2026–2028)." It mentions optimizing the deployment of computing power infrastructure. Building a three-tier node collaboration system of "hub—regional—edge" computing facilities, accelerating the construction of large computing channels, and supporting the integrated innovation of artificial intelligence and information communication. Establishing and improving national and regional computing power platforms, strengthening the overall monitoring and supply-demand matching of computing resources, promoting the integrated collaborative innovation of computing power, models, and applications, and improving the utilization rate of data resources in the information and communication industry. Forming a unified computing power identification system, accelerating the construction of a nationwide integrated, centralized, and market-oriented computing service system, and speeding up the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the information and communication industry.
