Mars Finance News, June 10 — The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Opinions on the Innovative Development of 'Artificial Intelligence + Information and Communication' (2026–2028)." It mentions enhancing network intelligent computing service capabilities. Enrich various dedicated line types such as Optical Transport Network (OTN) dedicated lines, Passive Optical Network (PON) dedicated lines, and IP dedicated lines to enable rapid service activation and flexible scheduling. For upstream bandwidth and latency requirements for intelligent agents, embodied intelligence, and other applications, improve fiber access network upstream bandwidth configuration, promote the deployment of 5G-A networks supporting high upstream capacity, optimize network experience, and reduce end-to-end network latency.
