Received a package from a Japanese friend this morning, containing a magazine of Red Luffy, basketball Luffy naked cards, and 5 Chopper cards.

As a result, I couldn't feel happy at all after receiving the package, because when customs held it up initially, they opened the package and messed up everything inside, treating it very violently and roughly, including the graded cards and naked cards which were not properly unsealed...
Every Chopper comic book's packaging was opened...
This is Malaysian customs...
I suggest everyone try not to mail graded cards or valuable naked cards to Malaysia,
because this country is truly very uncivilized, from government agencies to police, all they think about is how to take money from tourists or citizens.
Even after paying taxes, your items are still mishandled.
Malaysian government officials overall lack cultural refinement.
Corruption has always been a very serious problem in Malaysia.
Plus, the public officials' quality is extremely low.
They still advocate for humanitarianism every day—it's better to first respect the human rights and privacy rights of your own citizens and travelers!
