$GUA drops 35% in one day, $LAB halves by 28%, one hits 0.45, the other falls below 8.6—you're staring at the screen, hands trembling over the buy button: bottom fish or run away? Both are now fire pits, but is there gold in the fire?
Reasons to be bullish on $GUA: 1. The 24-hour low of 0.4211 has already touched the previous support level; if funds flow back into the meme sector, this junk price could quickly rebound to 0.6; 2. The 52M trading volume remains relatively high during the plunge, indicating someone is buying, not just selling pressure; 3. The market maker’s momentum is still there, from last week’s rise from 0.2 to 0.78, after a shakeout, a rebound often follows.
Reasons to be bearish on $GUA: 1. A 35% drop in 24 hours is panic selling, without real positive news, it’s hard to stop; 2. 0.4597 is only 8% above the 0.42 support—once broken, it’s likely heading toward 0.3; 3. On-chain data shows large holders are continuously selling, smart money is withdrawing.
Reasons to be bullish on $LAB: 1. The 8.6 level is also the weekly MA30, technical traders may enter, forming buying interest; 2. The 153M trading volume is three times that of $GUA, offering better liquidity and easier to realize gains during rebounds; 3. The project team posted a tweet early morning hinting at talks with major exchanges for listing, FOMO sentiment is still fermenting.
Reasons to be bearish on $LAB: 1. The 24-hour drop from 12 to 8.6 is 28%, but the decline is accelerating, no bottom signal yet; 2. Depth chart shows massive sell orders at 8.4-8.5, but very few orders below 8.6, risking a flash crash; 3. Perpetual contract funding rates remain negative, after a long short squeeze, market sentiment is extremely poor.
My judgment: Both are high-volatility trash coins, but in the short term, $LAB has clearer support. If it can consolidate around 8.6 with low volume for 2 hours, a small position could bet on a rebound to 9.8, with a stop-loss at 8.3. $GUA shows no signs of bottoming, at least wait until around 0.42 with increased volume before considering. Keep position size within 2% of total funds; such market conditions have no safe zone.
