$BTW 74% surge in 24 hours! The Federal Reserve just announced a 25 basis point rate cut, and BTC instantly broke through $68k. On-chain funds reacted swiftly. I immediately pulled up the data dashboard: $BTW trading volume reached 245 million, which is 3.2 times the same period yesterday, with a net inflow of main funds accounting for as much as 68%. Meanwhile, $KAT's trading volume hit 42.9 million. Comparing this to the same day data during the last rate cut cycle, a 30% increase is a typical signal that the MEME sector is starting to activate.
The Fed's loose monetary environment directly ignited speculative sentiment, which is a precise liquidity spillover effect. I used the Coinglass funding rate model to analyze, and currently, $BTW's contract open interest surged by 186% within 24 hours. Short positions were liquidated for over $5 million, a classic short squeeze scenario. Meanwhile, $KAT formed a double bottom support at 0.0051, with a golden cross above the MACD zero line, and the weekly RSI rebounded from 38 to 51, signaling the second wave of main accumulation and explosion.
My trading logic is very simple: spot grid trading. Currently, around 0.1040 for $BTW is a dense chip zone above, and if it breaks through 0.1329 without a pullback, set take profit at 0.12 and stop loss at 0.085 (below the 24-hour median gain line). For $KAT, you can chase in with medium size, placing orders around 0.0070, with a stop loss at 0.0062 (3% below previous support). The first take profit target is 0.0092. Position ratio is 3:7 because KAT's market cap is smaller and more elastic, suitable for explosive growth allocation.
I review on-chain fund flows daily, using Python to generate heatmaps highlighting main force movements. Having seen too many cases where a 20x increase couldn't be held, it's because of a lack of quantitative discipline. Remember: during the initial liquidity spillover phase after a rate cut, MEME sector gains often lead the market, but you must set proper capital preservation stop losses to prevent profit-taking from being wiped out. Did you catch this wave? $
