Mars Finance News: On June 10, reports said the electronic specialty gases concept has seen renewed activity repeatedly. HeYuan Gas broke out of a 5-day streak with three consecutive daily limit-ups. China Ship Special Gas rose by more than 10% and continued to hit new historical highs, while HaoHua Technology, KaiMei Special Gas, GuangGang Gas, and others surged. According to monitoring by the Buy Chemical Plastic Research Institute, as of now, China’s purity is 99.999%, and the price of tungsten hexafluoride is 1,670–1,810 yuan/kg, up 232.7% from the same period last year (523 yuan/kg). Core suppliers such as SK Specialty and Foosung in South Korea have officially notified major chipmakers including Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix that they will significantly raise the price of tungsten hexafluoride in 2026, with an expected increase of 70% to 90%.
