According to French media reports on the 3rd, a chain-reaction car accident occurred in the southeastern city of Antibes, France, injuring 37 people.
The report states that the chain-reaction accident happened on the afternoon of the 2nd local time, when an overweight truck carrying construction machinery sped down a road slope, first crashing into a police car, then causing 22 vehicles to collide in a chain reaction.
The accident has resulted in 37 injuries, and the injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment.
The report also said that local fire departments dispatched 22 fire trucks and 45 firefighters for rescue, and police used drones to survey the accident scene.
Initial investigations indicate that this was an accidental incident.
