Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 10 — According to Bloomberg, Anthropic widely launched a new model, Fable 5, on Tuesday, which has safety barriers in place to prohibit responses related to cybersecurity and biology; related questions will be handled by the Claude chatbot switching to another model, Opus 4.8.
Meanwhile, Anthropic also released a new version, Mythos 5, but with more capabilities retained, only open to specific institutions covered by the Project Glasswing plan. Anthropic previously stated that Mythos can identify and exploit vulnerabilities in major operating systems and mainstream web browsers under user guidance.
