My current worry is how to gain weight.


Others are gaining weight in middle age, but I have actually lost 10 jin over the past few years.
Maybe because I only eat one bowl of rice at each meal, eating more vegetables when hungry.
I don't eat snacks much, and I don't drink soda.
After a long time, my appetite has decreased.
Now I get hungry at specific times every day: 7:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 5:30 PM.
