Kharg Island Resumes Crude Loading as Iran Restores Export Capacity

Kharg Island resumed crude loading, with Windward citing satellite images of a VLCC and a Panamax tanker loading on June 3rd. Windward said simultaneous service at both terminals indicates that Iran is actively restoring crude oil export capacity.
