Strategy Buys 1,550 Bitcoin After 32 BTC Sale

Strategy purchased 1,550 Bitcoin for approximately $101.3 million last week, bringing total holdings to 845,256 BTC. The Monday 8-K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission said the company paid an average price of $65,332 per Bitcoin. The acquisition used proceeds from Class A common stock sales under its at-the-market offering program. The purchase followed a 32 BTC sale last Monday, which was Strategy's first sale since 2022.
