Solana Institute CEO Kristin Smith urged the US Senate to pass the CLARITY Act with developer protections intact after more than 60 crypto CEOs and founders signed an open letter. The bill cleared the Senate Banking Committee in May and was placed on the Senate Legislative Calendar for a possible floor vote later this summer.
