Standard Bots completes $200 million in funding to manufacture robots domestically in the United States

Mars Finance News, June 9 — According to Bloomberg, Standard Bots has completed a new round of funding of $200 million to expand its robotic arm manufacturing scale in the United States. As the U.S. accelerates its efforts to catch up with China in advanced robotics, the company is speeding up its capacity deployment.
This round of funding was led by General Catalyst and RoboStrategy Fund, which focuses on the robotics sector, valuing Standard Bots at $1 billion. About two years ago, the company had previously raised $63 million, but its valuation was not disclosed at that time.
