Is it really reasonable to require full payment of property fees for a house that has not been renovated or lived in?
A few years ago, I bought a house in my hometown city area
Intended for my parents to live in after retirement
Bought it and left it unused, without renovation or occupancy
But I still pay about ten thousand yuan in property fees every year
I've been paying for many years now
I think it's very unreasonable
Property fees are paid by homeowners to the property management company
Used to maintain the normal operation of the community and provide daily public services
I believe fees should only be paid after moving in or renovating
I neither moved in nor renovated
Just bought a house, and it’s somewhere
Haven’t started using it at all, so why should I pay?
Even paying some basic maintenance fees is reasonable
Why pay everything in full?
