Is it really important to illuminate the right side of the chart?

I’m struggling with this.
I build excellent EAs, and the backtest results are great, but once you put them out in the world, the environment variables change—and they often end up being useless.
Indicators, lines, clouds—everything only moves with fixed numbers.
Maybe you can’t survive anymore unless you use numbers that always change.
Aren’t there too many influencers who are just happy to show chart patterns as diagrams?
Are those patterns still surviving and still producing results today?
