ME News Report, April 20 (UTC+8), Solana liquidity protocol Orca announced that in response to the Vercel security incident, since its frontend was hosted on Vercel, Orca has taken preventive measures by rotating all potentially exposed keys and deployment credentials. Orca stated that on-chain protocols and user funds were not affected, and the incident is still under ongoing monitoring. Previously, Vercel disclosed that its internal systems were accessed without authorization, affecting a small number of customers, but services remain operational. Vercel said the incident was caused by a third-party AI tool, Google Workspace OAuth application, being compromised, and advised users to rotate relevant keys. (Source: MLion)
