Last week's waterfall was somewhat alleviated, but this rebound is far from quenching the thirst, and the overall trend is still heading downward. Currently, it's only a period of easing within a weak trend!
The price broke below the previous low of around 60k, but there was no significant continuation. It hovered around 59,000 multiple times without breaking down, leading to the current rebound.
For the weekly chart, although the trend is weak, it hasn't accelerated, and the closing isn't extremely weak. We can only say that there are more bullish chips at the 60k level, and there hasn't been an effective direct break.
This week, continue to watch this level.
Regarding resistance, focus on around 66,000. There isn't much more. Since it's a loss, the rebound strength won't be too much.
To define a new turning point, consider around 66,000 as a key level for the start or end of a move!
In the short term, the trend has been steadily winning, but each move is quite cautious, mostly at the highs or lows.
This morning, I followed the downward move. The upcoming trend remains oscillating and weak.
Don't be fooled by yesterday's end of the consecutive decline and reversal to bullish; the key technical point is that in a falling market, single bullish rebounds are usually false signals.
So, focus mainly on short positions; the rebounds are just a pause to gather strength!
If there is a rebound again and it breaks above 64,000, the first target for a cautious entry is around 65,000-65,500.
I think this is relatively safe.
If it reaches that level, look for a downward move; even if it breaks again, there's not much room left!
Support below is around the lowest point of the early morning pullback near 61,000.
A break below could extend the decline toward 59,000.
For a rebound, an aggressive approach is near 61,000; a more conservative one is around 59,000.
In summary, going long is against the trend, so each position should seize the first opportunity.
If multiple opportunities are given, do not chase.
Good luck to everyone!
